​We prefer that you email or call us for scheduling, as Online Scheduling is permitted but not confirmed until you speak with the Administration.
Appointment Payment is required at the Time of Scheduling unless you are in our Concierge Network

Group sessions for psychotherapy are always $ 85.00 per person per session.
Groups last for four to six sessions.
VIP or Concierge Monthly Plans:
VIP Concierge Psychotherapy Plans allow you to pay for a set amount of services to have 24-hour access to your doctor’s unique suite of therapeutics in a variety of settings and modalities, including:

Travel Options ( *Travel is included up to 30 miles. Other travel options incur client fees).

​Individual Concierge Psychotherapy Plan

per month
up to 6 hours of VIP Concierge services within two months. Includes retainer fee.
Couples Concierge Psychotherapy
​$3000
per month
up to 6 hours of VIP Concierge service per month. Includes retainer fee.
1-3-6 month contracts available. Contact our office to discuss a customized plan that suits the special needs of your schedule.

Payment
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment for services. Session Payments are due at the time of booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure you receive your refund and avoid any cancellation fees. Insured and private pay clients are eligible for a full refund if an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within this 24-hour period, or if the appointment is missed without notice, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note, there are NO refunds for ANY concierge plans in case of broken appointments. We ask that you do not make appointments unless you fully intend to keep all your future weekly appointments as we do not issue refunds on ANY prepaid appointments. Please note, our practice is fully committed based on previously scheduled times for our clients at least 2 weeks in advance.

Please review your coverage carefully, and consult with your insurance provider before committing to services as Mindbeingwell can not guarantee reimbursements. Insurances accepted in the case of treatment are : Aetna, Careleon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna
