Intensive Trauma Treatment ( ITT)
An Eight-Week, Twice-Weekly Model
Intensive Trauma Therapy is an eight-week, twice-weekly therapy model for clients who want consistent support and deeper momentum than traditional weekly sessions may provide.
Meeting twice per week allows us to stay connected to the work as patterns, emotions, memories, and relationship dynamics arise. Rather than spending sessions trying to reconnect after a long gap, we have more continuity to build safety, strengthen emotional-regulation skills, examine trauma-related beliefs, and process difficult material at a clinically appropriate pace.
The goal is not to rush healing or force trauma disclosure. The goal is to create a stable, structured therapeutic space where insight leads to practical and lasting change.
The Three-Part Integration Model
-
Safety and stabilization
-
Targeted trauma healing
-
Identity and forward movement
