Noam Halpern is the Executive Director of MindBeingWell, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in mental health, integrative wellness, and organizational development. He completed medical training and postgraduate work in psychiatry in the United Kingdom, alongside foundational studies in psychology and health systems management.


Dr. Jolie is the clinical director at MindBeingWell.
Dr. Jolie is a Psychologist I and licensed therapist, licensed in Alaska, Georgia, Hawai'i, Maryland, Virginia, Washington State, She is also registered as a psychologist in Kenya. She also provides executive and lifestyle coaching internationally, including to clients in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Great Britain. she is an active member of the American Psychological Association and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and she also offers supervision to therapists.
She focuses on prevention, development, and supporting overall wellbeing, with an emphasis on transparent treatment planning and measurable, culturally sensitive goals.
Her practice is rooted in passionate dedication to integrative and innovative mental health care. Her expertise spans trauma work, evidence-based therapy for mood challenges, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and complex family or relationship issues.
Ecopsychology is a vital part of her work, and she is deeply inspired by the healing power of nature.
Dr. Jolie offers concierge therapy, assessments and diagnosis, and Seichem energy work.

Jeff Bennett is a licensed therapist with advanced training in affirming care for LGBTQIA+ communities, specializing in identity development, complex trauma, and relational healing. He has extensive experience supporting clients through coming out, gender affirmation processes, minority stress, religious/spiritual injury, and family-of-origin conflict, with a particular interest in the intersections of queerness, race, and culture. In addition to his clinical work, Jeff has facilitated groups and trainings on LGBTQIA+ mental health, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive clinical language for multidisciplinary teams. His practice is guided by a commitment to social justice, community resilience, and helping queer and trans clients not only reduce symptoms, but also cultivate pleasure, authenticity, and a sustainable sense of belonging.

Dr. Oyuru specialized expertise in psychopharmacology and nutritional psychiatry, focusing on how medications and metabolism, gut health, and nutrition interact to shape mood, energy, and cognition.
Her approach integrates evidence-based psychopharmacology with lifestyle and nutritional interventions, using careful assessment to tailor medication plans that consider diet, weight changes, blood sugar stability, and overall physical health. She offers medication management services on a limited basis, emphasizing collaborative decision-making, clear education about risks and benefits, and using the lowest effective dose within a holistic treatment plan.

Emilie Ballard is the Front Desk Coordinator and Office Manager at MindBeingWell, and is often the first warm, grounding presence clients connect with when reaching out to book an appointment. She oversees scheduling, communication, and day‑to‑day office flow, ensuring that clients experience a streamlined, respectful, and compassionate process from their very first contact. Emilie is the primary person you will speak with to explore provider fit, ask practical questions, and arrange or adjust appointments.
In addition to her administrative role, Emilie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), with clinical training in relational systems, couples therapy, and family dynamics. Her background includes work with individuals, couples, and families navigating communication issues, life transitions, and the impact of trauma on relationships. She brings this lens to her coordination work, attuned to the emotional weight that often accompanies seeking therapy.
