 The following pricing is tiered. Appointment Rates are based on:

• provider licensing and specialty (psychologist or psychiatry)

• hours service is received (within regular business hours or extended)

• Distance of services​

• we offer 24-hour chat/messaging with all pricing.

​We prefer that you Email or Call us for scheduling as Online Scheduling is Permitted but not Confirmed until you speak with Administration.

Appointment Payment is Required at the Time of Scheduling unless you are in our Concierge Network

TeleTherapy Plans 

​$400- 100  per week 40-minute session for up to (2) Tele visits per month and 1 phone or text visit. You choose the method of delivery of services.

for $400.00 with your provider.

Psychotherapy  Monday -Friday. Weekend Hours incur additional costs.

​$600 for Psychiatric Tele Services Monthly. Psychiatry Telehealth includes (3) virtual visits monthly with one mandatory virtual video session.

Our providers are licensed in Washington, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Nevada, and Louisiana and are expanding. If you prefer a monthly telehealth plan, MindBeingWell offers: ​​

Any additional reports or evaluations are an additional cost. If you need to change providers for any reason, this option is available at no extra cost. MindBeingWell offers the best possible care for our clients. The telehealth plan can be paid weekly or monthly. This is Teletherapy only and does not include evaluations nor assessments.

VIP or Concierge Monthly Plans:*

VIP Concierge Psychotherapy Plans allow you to pay for a set amount of services to have 24-hour access to your doctor’s unique suite of therapeutics in a variety of settings and modalities, including:
Travel options
Hospital companion service
Self-actualization sessions
Workplace adjustment and performance-optimization services
Interpersonal functioning analysis
Executive and Athletic Coaching
Family enrichment support services

$2800 per month – up to 6 hours of monthly VIP Concierge services. Includes retainer fee.

$3500 per month - up to 8 hours of VIP Concierge service per month. Includes retainer fee.

Psychiatry Concierge Monthly plans Must be discussed with your Provider.
1-3-6 month contracts available. Contact our office to discuss a customized plan that suits the special needs of your schedule.

*Travel is included up to 30 miles. 

Payment
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment for services.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Please note, there are NO refunds for ANY of your prepaid sessions in case of broken appointments. We ask that you do not make appointments unless you fully intend to keep all your future weekly appointments as we do not issue refunds on ANY prepaid appointments. Please note, our practice is fully committed based on previously scheduled times for our clients at least 2 weeks in advance. Thank you ~ Mindbeingwell

Insurance
Insurance is not accepted at this time. We can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover services in full or in part. Please review your coverage carefully, and consult with your insurance provider before committing to services as Mindbeingwell can not guarantee reimbursements.
