What are Concierge Services?
All of our mental health services at Mindbeingwell are considered concierge. Concierge psychological services are psychological services offered to an intentionally small scale of clients to provide optimal expert individualized care that clients would not receive from doctors with heavy or ordinary patients case loads.

What are Hybrid Services?
We offer a hybrid service model to give clients both flexibility and choice in their care. The hybrid approach lets you combine the benefits of insurance-based care with access to specialized or extended services customized to your needs. You have the flexibility to choose the level and type of support that works best for you, with transparent options for both insurance and fee-based services.
-
Standard Insurance-Based Services:
Most insurance plans typically cover standard 50-minute therapy sessions and routine mental health assessments. These services are billed directly to insurance, making care accessible and affordable. -
Specialized Add-On Services (Self-Pay):
For services that go beyond what insurance usually covers, clients have the option to self-pay. This allows for additional support, personalization, and privacy for specialized needs.Typical Specialized Services Include:
-
Extended-length therapy sessions (longer than the standard 50 minutes)
-
Intensive or crisis-intervention support
-
Comprehensive psychological testing (such as for ADHD or learning differences)
-
Executive or life coaching
-
Family or couples therapy that isn’t covered by insurance
-
Integrative wellness services (such as mindfulness, nutrition counseling, and sleep support)

What are Tele-Health Services?
Our Telehealth service includes phone therapy or virtual (online) psychological services.
What are Mobile Services?
Mobile therapy supports clients with hospital stays, family emergencies, and crisis support. The client is provided psychological services.

What are at-home services?
At-home appointments are therapy or psychological services held at your home. At-home appointments are available for all existing patients. New patients must schedule a 15-minute virtual consultation before scheduling their first at-home appointment.

How long will appointments
last?
Plan for 50-55 minutes of a therapy session or psychological services ( testing, crisis support, etc.).
What can I expect from
appointments?
Our appointments are designed to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment, beginning with an initial phase focused on building rapport, discussing goals and treatment plans, and establishing a fit between yourself and our services. Our experienced psychologist will work with you to engage your treatment goals and plan, which will be tailored to your presenting problem and our clinical orientation. Our ultimate goal is to help you gain insights, learn skills, and express emotions to make long-term progress.
What happens when my treatment goals have been met?
Upon completion of the established goals, it is highly recommended to proceed with a maintenance phase. This phase involves a reduction in session frequency to assess and determine the sustainability of the achieved improvements. If progress is maintained, clients may proceed toward completion. However, if progress encounters obstacles, sessions will focus on developing strategies to manage these challenges."
What happens when I have met my goals and I'm ready to be done?
Once you have completed the maintenance phase, showing success in maintaining progress with reduced frequency, clients complete therapy. Clients are welcome back to counseling to revisit any concerns, strategies learned but forgotten, or if new presenting problems are experienced. If a client needs a maintenance check-up, they can come in for a few sessions or more. If a new presenting problem arises, a client may start over in the cycle of the counseling process.

All billing is due in full before sessions, workshops, and/or trainings. For concierge services, a retainer fee is required; specific fees and terms will be provided during the concierge consultation.
